Bump to Birth Yoga was born from my deep desire to support women through one of the most transformative journeys of their lives. With over 20 years of experience in yoga and a heart rooted in nurturing both body and soul, I’m here to help you feel strong, centered, and empowered from early pregnancy through postpartum recovery.

I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and prepare for birth with confidence.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 20 years, but it wasn’t until I struggled to get pregnant that my practice took on a deeper purpose. Navigating the emotional and physical toll of fertility treatments, I turned to yoga not just for movement—but for healing. Breath by breath, it became my anchor.

When I finally became pregnant with my son, yoga helped me connect with my body in a new way. It gave me strength, calm, and confidence as I prepared for birth. Now, I’m passionate about guiding other mamas through this sacred journey—because I know just how powerful it can be.

I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and it has truly become the heartbeat of my life. What began as a way to move my body quickly grew into a lifelong passion for mind-body connection, healing, and inner strength. Today, I’m honored to share that love by supporting women through the sacred journey of pregnancy and motherhood.

I’ve been teaching at The Bar Method for over 8 years and have led more than 2,000 classes. What keeps me coming back is the powerful blend of strength, grace, and community that bar method creates. It’s more than a workout—it’s a space where women feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies in a whole new way.

I’m a true Virgo through and through—organized, intentional, and deeply grounded in routine. I love systems that bring clarity and calm, whether it’s planning a class or creating a cozy home space. If there’s a checklist involved, you can bet I’m already halfway through it—with a cup of tea in hand.
